We have procedures in place to ensure that our website is secure in order to prevent unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your information has been accessed by an unauthorised third-party via our systems, we ask that you provide us with a statement of how any actual or suspected breach has come to your attention.
Once an issue has been raised, Evans Property Group will then urgently investigate and assess the potential breach and take appropriate action.
Data Retention
Data is retained in electronic form and backup procedures are in place to prevent data loss in the event of data corruption or destruction.
Data that is no longer required by Evans Property Group will be deleted.
Tenant Data
We need a small amount of information from our tenants in order to fulfil the terms of the contract between us.
We need contact details of relevant individuals at your organisation so that we can communicate with you and send you invoices. We may also undertake credit checks on our tenants in order to assess suitability for entering into a lease and ongoing monitoring of financial stability where this is deemed necessary.
Supplier Data
We need a small amount of information from our suppliers in order to fulfil the terms of the contract between us.
We need contact details of relevant individuals at your organisation so that we can communicate with you. We also need other information such as your bank details so that we can pay for the services you provide.
CCTV
We have installed CCTV systems in our premises for the purposes of public and staff safety and crime prevention/detection.
Images captured by our CCTV systems will not be kept for longer than necessary. However, on occasions there may be a requirement to keep images for longer, for example when a crime is being investigated.
If you have attended one of our offices, you have the right to see CCTV images of yourself and be provided with a copy of the images upon request.
Wi-Fi
Evans Property Group can provide visitors with access to its guest Wi-Fi within its premises. Please note that no personal information will be obtained or stored from the usage of our Wi-Fi systems.
