Bellway

Having owned Fradley Park for over 55 years Evans recently obtained planning consent for up to 1000 residential units. The first phase of 216 units will be developed in joint venture with Bellway Homes.

Cala Homes

A joint venture to in partnership with Cala Group to develop an outstanding residential scheme comprises 84 high quality units in the grounds of the former Playfair building in Edinburgh.

Harworth Estates

Aire Valley Land LLP, is a joint venture between Evans Property Group and Harworth Group plc., who own Temple Green, a 165 acre site at the heart of the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone. Temple Green has consent for 2.64m square feet of B2 and B8 use and the partners have been working with Leeds City Council, the Leeds City Region LEP and DCLG, to unlock this former open cast colliery site. The total potential investment for Phases 1 to 4 at Temple Green is £96m with the first £9m of infrastructure and ground works having been completed in summer 2016.

KeyLand

Keyland is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kelda Group and a sister company of Yorkshire Water. Our relationship with Yorkshire Water goes back to 1990 and we continue to jointly hold land with Keyland in excess of 300 acres working in partnership with communities and Local Authorities to unlock complex residential development opportunities of over 3,500 units.

Land Securities

A long standing relationship dating back to 1995 that resulted in the development of the White Rose Shopping Centre in 1997. Today this award-winning shopping centre boasts more than 100 stores across 750,000 square feet and includes a range of cafes, food outlets and a 12 screen cinema which opened in November 2017.

Lend Lease

Lend Lease and Evans Property Group have collaborated to develop one of the largest residential regeneration projects in Yorkshire. Located within the historic city walls, Hungate is an inspiring development with a focus on sustainability and community. 168 new homes have already been completed and a further 195 apartments are currently being built with an additional 662 homes planned.

University of York

Since 2010 Evans has been in partnership with the University delivering innovative solutions to student accommodation provision on the Heslington East campus. The joint venture now owns, operates and manages over 1,800 high quality residences throughout three campus developments. A doctor’s surgery and retail parade are now planned to be developed by Evans on University land to complement the on-campus accommodation.

Linden Homes

A joint venture to develop 54 high quality family homes in Guiseley on land partly within a conservation area.

Dakota Hotels

Dakota Hotels, owned by Evans Property Group is a lifestyle hotel brand providing hospitality and restaurant services in four boutique hotels based in South Queensferry near Edinburgh Airport, Motherwell near Glasgow and its brand new city centre Dakota Deluxe in Glasgow. Scottish hotelier Ken McCulloch founded Malmaison in 1994 and is now working with the Evans Property Group to create the brand’s new city centre hotels, Dakota Deluxe, currently under construction in Leeds, with expansion plans underway for elsewhere in the UK.
